PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The purchase is established at the time the customer accepts the terms and conditions before placing an order in our shop to confirm electronically. The customer receives a confirmation by return email.

PRICES
Our prices are in Euro, including VAT but excluding postage costs. Before you pay, the shop displays a page with the amount of the total costs.

SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are sent within The Netherlands Post NL. Submissions are made on behalf of the purchaser. Timing of the legal provision applies when the customer has received the goods. If delivery cannot take place at the address provided the customer will deliver it delivered to a Post NL pick up point.

We also offer the opportunity to deliver your order to another address. Customers can specify their contact details when ordering the product online.

SHIPPING
Standard delivery will be done within the Netherlands.

When you require a delivery outside the Netherlands, please contact us by e-mail. The costs for delivery within the Netherlands are mentioned in our online shop. Also Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. is possible (only in The Netherlands), these costs are also mentioned online.

DELIVERY
Delivery is handled 6 - 9 days after order, but no later than 4-6 weeks.
If delivery occurs outside the normal period of days, the customer will be notified by e-mail.

FOREIGN DELIVERY
Fromanteel provides in principle only within the EU. If the customer wishes to send to a country outside the EU, the customer is to us by e-mail at service@fromanteel.nl. These countries have different conditions and shipping.

RIGHT OF RETURN
Fromanteel customers are entitled to exchange / return an item within 7 days upon receipt. The customer pays the costs of return. The goods can only be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Articles should be in the same condition as when received and are not extensive used or worn.

RETURN FORM
If you want to return an product, please send us an email at service@fromanteel.nl and you will receive a Retour Form. Print this form and fill it in completely. Send the form together with the article to the address received.

CORRESPONDENCE
Every correspondence with Fromanteel occurs via email (in case of an dispute everything will be on paper/ digital copy) through service@fromanteel.nl.

The notification of the returned goods must be made within 7 days after the receipt of the payment order. Make sure the return form is filled in completely (!) and properly. Unstamped or not sufficiently stamped return envelopes will be refused. Exchange / return of an item (s) may can only occur once per order. Fromanteel will credit/ pay or refund the outstanding amount within 30 days after full completion of the return form.

WARRANTY & SERVICE
If the customer receives a defective product, Fromanteel will exchanged for the same or similar product free of charge. This is done in consultation with the customer. To this end, the customer has to contact our customer service within 2 months after receipt of the payment order.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
If the customer receives the wrong product, Fromanteel is willing to exchange for the same or similar product free of charge (in consultation with the customer). To this end, the customer has to contact our customer service within 2 months after receipt of the payment order. We reimburse all costs.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
Please complain as soon as possible in writing or by e-mail to us to sign (service@fromanteel.nl). Against payment of 25-euro complaint money you can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag. For disputes outside The Netherlands, please contact your local consumer department. Within the EU all the consumer departments are found here: http://ec.europe.eu/consumers/redress_cons/

The Board can be accessed by the website http://www.sgc.nl/. This independent committee shall rule on the dispute. The decision of the committee is binding. If you (partly) in the right, then the complaint money (in part) will be refunded.

We reserve the right to a dispute before a competent court.

Your personal information is not available to third parties. We appreciate the trust you place in us and will do everything possible to protect your personal information. At your request we will send records to you.
